About the School of Ministry

Christ Center for Dance (CCD) offers several online levels of certifications that are each aimed at a unique end goal for students. Each certificate or diploma level can serve as either an end result or a stepping stone toward the next level. Our programs are specifically created for the unique training needed for Worshippers to achieve their goals and to fulfill their prophetic assignment. Whether you are seeking a Leadership position in your church, a refresher on things you learned long ago, or just personal edification and enrichment, Christ Center for Dance has a certification program that is right for you! If you are ready to step into your divine assignment, CCD can give you the tools to get to your next dimension in ministry.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

To better support our students worldwide, the School of Ministry has updated how tuition payments are collected for our diploma programs.

Students enrolling in a diploma program course now have three payment options:

✔ Option 1 — Pay Tuition in Full

Students may pay the full tuition amount for the course at the time of registration.

✔ Option 2 — Buy Now • Pay Later (For all US Domestic Students)

Students may choose to spread tuition payments over time using one of the following third-party providers (availability varies by region):

Klarna
Affirm
Afterpay

These plans are processed directly through the selected provider instead of CCD’s monthly tuition system.

Please note:

Approval decisions, payment schedules, fees, and interest are handled by the provider
CCD does not manage or modify third-party payment plans
Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation

✔ Option 3 — CCD Online Payment Form (Recommended for International Students Only)

Because many Buy Now–Pay Later services are only available in the United States and Canada, most international students may continue using our secure CCD Online Payment Form to submit tuition payments.

This option allows students outside the U.S. and Canada to:

Submit tuition payments directly
Avoid regional payment restrictions
Complete enrollment without delay

Students may select the option that best fits their financial and regional availability.

Re-Enrollment & Registration Notes

If a student withdraws or needs to re-enroll, a new registration and payment will be required according to the tuition policy in place at that time.

support students in 49+ nations
provide greater financial flexibility
simplify the tuition process
remove barriers to program completion

We remain committed to making high-quality biblical and ministry education accessible and sustainable.

When is Tuition due?

Tuition is due before the first day of each course. If the tuition is not paid, you may still take the course (onsite or online) for 1 week. After that time, a $10 late fee will be applied to the account. Tuition must be paid in order to receive credit for your course. Tuition is not refundable and can not be transferred.

When will I receive my transcript or final grade?

Upon graduating from your program, you will receive your grade for each course completed 1-2 weeks after the course end date and a final transcript 4-6 weeks after your graduation ceremony. You may purchase one of our Credential Packages as well should you want your Certification via hard copy.

Is the program self-paced or Instructor-guided?

Our programs offer the convenience of being partially self-paced with an instructor's guidance. Lectures are pre-recorded so that you can watch them whenever it's convenient for you however most of the assignments have due dates throughout the course. Each course has a start and end date.

How much is the Registration Fee and is it refundable?

The Registration Fee is $35 per student. Unfortunately, the Registration Fee is NOT refundable.

Are the programs online?

Yes, our program is only offered online until further notice.

Are the courses pre-recorded or live?

The course teachings are pre-recorded to support our international student body. This way, you can watch the lectures at any time.

What happens if I register but can not complete the program or need to take a break?

You may request a "Leave of Absence" at any time during the program.

What is included in the program?

Teaching Videos, E-Books, and access to the CCD Worship Arts Classes at a discounted price.

Are there any textbooks that I must purchase?

Most programs have 3-4 additional textbooks that must be purchased throughout the program. The prices range from $15-$39 (subject to change).
