Isn’t the language of spiritual disciplines nothing more than a contemporary attraction?   Have you ever questioned whether spiritual disciplines are appropriate, necessary, or even biblical?  At times we ask questions like “Why don’t I feel God with me all the time?” or “How do I  develop a deeper prayer life?” or maybe “How can I recognize God’s voice?”  When left uncultivated, these questions can easily cause someone to feel stuck or discouraged in their faith.  


This course will demonstrate why these disciplines are important, showing how each one will
help you grow in godliness, and offer practical suggestions for nurturing them while
providing you with a refreshing opportunity to become more like Christ.

We welcome all international students!  We are proud to have a thriving and diverse global community of spirit-filled students and graduates in over 22 nations.  Our international students are important to us and we are here to support them.  Our online programs offer the flexibility of watching pre-recorded lectures to accommodate those in different time zones all around the world.  Currently, all of our courses/contents are in the English language however, we will make special considerations for those in which English is their 2nd language.

MINISTER JACQUELINE BROWN

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR & CURRICULUM DEVELOPER

Minister Brown was ordained by Rev. Brian M. Weatherspoon and in October 2009 licensed by the Bethel Deliverance International Church, Inc., Bishop Eric A Lambert.  In June 2010, she received her Diploma in Biblical-Theological Studies from Palmer Seminary. Minister Brown is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Divinity from Eastern University (graduating May 2018). She is also a graduate of the LAMPhilly where she received a Certificate in Spiritual Foundations for Missional Leadership. Minister Jackie also lends her time and experience as a member of the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations: Christ Center for Dance (CCD), dedicated to Christian Worship arts and Operational Inspiration, dedicated to creating productive lives through Healthy Living, Education, and Spiritually with a focus in the ethnic minority community.  Jackie truly loves the Lord, and this is exemplified in her lifestyle. She is a contributing author of Through Her Eyes, Bible Studies on Women in Scripture, (Judson, 2016) which won a 2017 Silver Medal Illumination Book Award in the Bible Studies category.
