Live Zoom Sessions:
These impactful sessions will take place on the last Saturday of each month, from 11 AM – 1 PM EST. A replay will be available for anyone who cannot attend live. Our first session begins January 24, 2026!
The Mentorship Program is not a traditional business training course, but a season of guided formation rooted in experience, prayer, and faithful leadership. It is led by Kimberly Brown-Phillips, CEO of Christ Center for Dance & the Arts (CCD), who has stewarded the organization for over 26 years. CCD is a 501(c)(3) worship arts organization based in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, serving students and graduates in over 40 nations worldwide.
This six-month mentorship is designed for those called to build, lead, and sustain worship arts schools, centers, and ministries. Participants receive practical insight and spiritual covering drawn from decades of ministry leadership, creative development, and organizational stewardship.
Prospective participants are encouraged to pray and seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance as they consider this program. Ask the Lord if this mentorship aligns with the season you are in and with what He is calling you to build. This is a space for those who desire clarity, wisdom, and faithful leadership as they steward God-given vision.

Christ Center for Dance (CCD) offers several online levels of certifications that are each aimed at a unique end goal for students.
