I pray this note finds you and your family well. It was such a joy having your daughter, Charlie with us in the Kids Worship Arts Program this past Spring-Summer. Charlie brought such wonderful energy and heart to class, and we are excited about what God will continue to do in her life through worship and the arts.

As we prepare for a brand-new season, I want to share some exciting updates:

New Beginner Class Option: We’ve opened a Thursday Beginner Level Class for kids ages 6–12. Based on what we’ve seen from your daughter, we believe this would be a great fit for her growth and development in worship arts. 

Open Enrollment: Enrollment is open now through September 28th, so there is still time to secure her spot.

Program Adjustments: Over the summer, we unfortunately lost a few financial partners. Because of this, we are only able to offer a very limited number of scholarships this year and are unable to extend one to your family at this time.

That said, we are committed to keeping the program as accessible as possible. We are offering a discounted class rate of $25/month, which will be paid on a bi-monthly basis.

Your daughter’s presence in class has been such a blessing, and we would love to continue walking with her on this journey of learning, creating, and worshiping through the arts. I truly believe this new class will help her thrive.
