CCD TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS

Team Update - Monday, July 13, 2026

***Response requested by Wednesday, 15, 2026, to Minister Jackie @ schoolofmin.jb@gmail.com

We are reaching out to those who were unable to attend yesterday’s prayer session with an important update regarding the direction of WAE and CCD overall.

Although the gathering was scheduled as a prayer session, we did not move forward with prayer in the way we originally planned. The Holy Spirit led us in a different direction and opened an important conversation concerning the season CCD is entering.

CCD is moving into a season of greater apostolic focus, alignment, and responsibility. As a result, we are beginning to phase out most of our traditional volunteer areas. We are deeply grateful to each person who has assisted with WAE coordination, administration, planning, communication, and other tasks. Your time, willingness, and efforts have helped move the work forward, and we do not take that lightly.

The current WAE Operations Team will officially phase out on Friday. Any tasks that remain incomplete or unassigned at that time will be completed by the CCD Team.

Those who are currently assigned to the School of Ministry, the In-Person Program, or WAE on-site responsibilities are being asked to prayerfully reconsider their commitment. At this time, we are no longer simply seeking volunteers. Because of the nature of this season, we are seeking people who believe they are called to CCD and called to walk alongside Eual and me in helping carry the vision forward.

During WAE25, there was a call for those who felt connected and called to WAE, as well as those who believed they were called to support Eual and me in the work God has entrusted to us. We believe it is important to revisit what that calling means.

Being called to a vision is more than being available for a task, attending an event, or serving when it is convenient. A calling is a spiritual conviction that God has connected you to a person, assignment, ministry, or vision for a specific purpose. It means you feel a responsibility to pray, support, build, protect, and help advance what God is doing.

To help carry a mantle does not mean that you carry the same assignment as the leader. It means you recognize the weight of the assignment and willingly help support the responsibility attached to it. It requires prayer, faithfulness, flexibility, sacrifice, spiritual maturity, and a desire to see the vision move forward—not for recognition, position, access, or personal benefit, but because you believe God has called you to help.

Since November 2025, God has done life-changing things in a very short period of time. The pace has increased, the vision has expanded, and we are committed to moving with Him. This decision was not planned, but we believe it is necessary for where God is taking CCD.

Prayer and fasting will increase as we prepare for the expansion of our children’s programming in Pottstown and the possibility of programming in New Jersey. The School of Ministry is continuing to birth new educational programs, and we also believe there may be another WAE Revival in Philadelphia in 2027.

As we move forward, CCD will no longer function as several separate teams with disconnected assignments. We are becoming one team, with one vision and one mission, expressed through many members and areas, including the School of Ministry, WAE, children’s programming, in-person programs, and other future assignments.

We understand that not everyone is called to this level of commitment, and there is no condemnation if you determine that this is not your assignment. We sincerely appreciate everything you have already contributed.

Please prayerfully consider your status and confirm your decision with Minister Jackie by Wednesday. You may confirm whether you believe you are called to continue serving as part of the unified CCD Team or whether you would prefer to conclude your service at this time.  Whatever you believe is the direction of Holy Spirit, you will always be a part of the CCD Family.

Thank you again for every prayer, every task completed, every sacrifice, and every act of service. We honor what you have contributed, and we trust the Lord to bring clarity and peace as each person considers this next season.

With love and gratitude,
Christ Center for Dance & the Arts
