Christ Center for Dance is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit Christian based arts center. CCD was founded
by Kimberly M. Brown on the principles of praise, worship and prayer in December 2002. We
are more than just a Christian dance school. We are training and teaching a generation how to
use their gifts to minister or serve for the Lord. Jesus said that the greatest in the Kingdom of
Heaven was the servant. One of the main points that we teach is, “ We are not performers, but
ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the arts.” Behind each song that we teach, there is
a message to edify the audience as well as the dancer. CCD is a place where students can truly
express themselves and max out in their gifts. It is a safe place for students ranging in ages from
all ethnic backgrounds, shapes and sizes to be taught and trained by qualified teachers that
have experienced the Lord do great things through their gifts and in turn want to give back.
Our school year at Christ Center for Dance goes from January to October followed by a fall
production.

teaches traditional and non-traditional dance styles, fitness classes and seminars relating to dance.
OUR PROGRESSIVE VISION:
To establish non-profit Christian based art centers in multiple locations around the world that
teaches traditional and non-traditional dance styles, vocal and instrument instruction, drama
and fitness classes.
