We are thrilled to share some exciting updates for our Kids Worship Dance program!

​

Worship Dance Concert:

We have found two locations for our Dance Encounter, which will be on Saturday, June 13 @ 3 PM.  Both locations are in Pottstown.  Dancers participating will be asked to arrive at Noon.  We will be making the decision this week on the location.

Off Weeks:

To help families plan ahead, please note the following monthly schedule adjustments for the current season:

Thursday Classes - UPDATED

We have made a recent change to the schedule due to Resurrection Week and the Worship Arts Encounter Revival.

​

There will be no class on the following Thursdays:

February 26, 2026

March 26, 2026

April 2, 2026

April 30, 2026

May 28, 2026

Saturday Classes

There will be no class on the 1st Saturday of each month on the following dates:

March 7, 2026

April 4, 2026

May 2, 2026

June 6, 2026

Tuition Payments:

You can pay your bi-monthly tuition in two ways:

• At the CCD Studio, by cash, credit, or debit card

• Online tuition payment form - CLICK HERE

 

Please note that tuition is not prorated for student absences. However, if CCD cancels a class session, tuition for that class will be either refunded or credited toward the following payment period.

Tuition payment structure:

​

Kids Classes:

• September - October  $50

• November - December: $50

• February: $25 - Enrollment Open

• March - April: $50

• May - June:  $25/50

​

Teen/Adult Classes:

• February: $35 - Enrollment Open

• March - April: $70

• May - June:  $35/70

​

New Schedule:​

• Thursdays - Kids (ages 6–12, Adv. Beginner/Intermediate Level): 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

• Thursdays - Kids (ages 6–12, Beginner Level): 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

• Saturdays - Kids (ages 6–12, Beginner Level): 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Saturdays - Teen/Adult Class: 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM

These Saturday classes will be held weekly, with the exception of the first Saturday of each month.

These planned breaks allow time for facility coordination, ministry planning, and staff scheduling.

Volunteer & Teaching Assistant Opportunities:
We are actively seeking volunteers and teaching assistants to support these new and updated classes. If you feel called to serve in this way, we would love to have you join us as we continue to grow and impact our students in worship and dance.​​
