It’s designed to equip, encourage, and inspire those involved in worship arts and to bring together a community of like-minded believers.

2. What is the schedule for WAE24?
The conference will run from November 7-9, 2024. Each day includes a variety of sessions, breakout workshops, and evening worship gatherings. A detailed schedule will be provided to all registrants via email before the conference and at registration on-site.

3. Can I attend only part of the conference?
Yes, you’re welcome to attend specific days, though we encourage full participation to get the complete experience. Tickets are available for full-event access or single-day admission. Please note that sessions are designed to build on each other, providing a more enriching experience over the three days.

4. Where do I park, and are there nearby accommodations?
Christ Community Church offers limited parking, and there is also street parking available around the venue. Additionally, we’ve partnered with a nearby hotel for those traveling to WAE24, and discounted rates are available. During WAE24, our point people will be the WAE Team. You can approach anyone in a WAE staff shirt for assistance or head to the information desk in the main lobby.

6. Will there be any items available for purchase?

We encourage attendees to dress comfortably and modestly. Since this is a worship and arts-focused event, you’ll see a range of attire, from casual to dance-ready outfits. For worship sessions and evening gatherings, attire that reflects reverence and respect for the worship environment is appreciated.

10.  Do I need to bring my own items such as flags?

Yes! Flags and other items won’t be available during the General Sessions or Worship Experiences. During specific Breakout Sessions, the Session Leader may provide flags or other items for use, so be ready for those exciting moments!
