Frequently Asked Questions.....

Q - Are the evening general sessions open to the public?

No, all sessions including the evening sessions are closed to the public/non-registrants.

 

Q - Does the "In person" registration option include viewing access to live-streamed videos?

No, however, we are considering offering it to WAE Guests at a later date for a discounted fee.

Q - As a Virtual Guest, how long will I have access to the virtual sessions?

The viewing access will only be available during WAE2022.  Access will be removed on November 6.

Q - Is there a special hotel room rate at the Staybridge Suites for WAE attendees? 

YES, please call the hotel directly at (610) 792-9300 and mention that you are with the "Christ Center for Dance" Group.

Q - How far away is the hotel (Staybridge Suites) from the host church?

The hotel is located at 88 Anchor Parkway, Royersford, PA 19468, and the host church is located at 201 N. Hanover Street, Pottstown.  Therefore, it is approximately 7-10 minutes each way (to and from).

Q - Is parking at the hotel (Staybridge Suites) hotel free?

Parking is free at the Hotel.  

Q - Are there any closer hotel options?

Yes, there are two hotels that are closer to the host church.  You are welcome to contact them directly for information and reservations.

Q - Is there parking at the host location (Heart of God Family Worship Center) and if so, what is the cost?

When arriving and departing from the host church, there is free street parking and the church parking lot which is located at the end of the block on Beech Street (the same block the church is on). There is no transportation service from the hotel to the church.

Q - What should I bring to WAE?

There will be times when you will be able to worship spontaneously so you are welcome to bring flags, streamers, etc.  

Q - Dancers & Flag Bearers: Is there a certain type of dance attire I should wear?          

No.  In fact, you do not need to be outfitted in dance garments at all.  We just ask that whatever you wear, you are comfortable and able to move with the appropriate foundation garments.

Q - What about the "BLUE” session"? 

We are asking that everyone wear Blue for Saturday  (11/5) evening, our final, session.  It will be a very worshipful and prophetic evening. 

Q - Are there restaurants near the host church?

Yes, there are local eateries within a 15 mins walk from the church.
